Recovery walk

Did a quick 2 mile walk today to recover from 3 days of running.  Put in 17 miles over the 3 days and since I plan on doing 7 tomorrow decided to take a break.  Things are going well so far in my training up for the Augusta half next month.  I am excited and cannot wait for the race so I can get my first half marathon under my belt.
