It has been a bit over a month and a half since I injured my ankle. This past week was a great week of running and getting back on track with things. I put in around 16 miles this week and haven't had any issues with my ankle. Unfortunately I had to pull out of the Team In Training and the Savannah Half Marathon due to the fact that I know I will not be ready for a Half Marathon in November. There is usually a local one in January or February that I plan on doing.
All I can say is that it is great to be back running and clocking in the mileage.
